Ashley and Manuel got married on Sunday’s episode of 90 Day Fiancé, despite a major hurricane and Ashley breaking up before the ceremony. AND has never seen photos of the couple and details of their special day.
Manuel left Ecuador to be with Ashley, a self-proclaimed witch. The two were arguing about how much money to send to Manuel’s family, and Manuel also did not believe that Ashley was a witch, pointing out that this meant something evil in their culture. Still, the two managed to overcome their problems and got married at an devoted beach wedding in West Palm Beach, Florida. The wedding was devoted, with only 15 guests – including the wedding party – present.
“We’re both water kids, so we knew we wanted to get married on the beach,” Ashley says of the wedding. “We also met while traveling and thought it would be appropriate to get married while traveling as well. I imagined a beautiful beach wedding with the water behind us and this beautiful backdrop. Of course, we got married in the middle of the storm in the rain instead.”
“The process was a little more stressful than I thought, I never want to plan a wedding again, if I’m honest,” she adds. “We did it and it was a lot of fun. The reception went perfectly. It was a cool pub and they made it so devoted and fun for us.”
They had a lot of Spanish food at the wedding and wrote their own vows. Manuel designed her wedding cake.
“Manuel designed the cake that was so adorable that he didn’t ask for much when it came to wedding details, so it was what he wanted to own,” Ashley shares. “The cake looks like a beach.”
“The wedding day itself was very busy,” she adds. “A lot of moving parts and moving parts. It was not as quiet as one had hoped for on their wedding day. With the thought, will it rain or will it not rain? Should we move the marriage to the house? Do we have to postpone the wedding completely? What happens on the wedding day? There was fear in the air, but we did it and it was the most memorable day.”
The couple debuted in September. married. 8, 2022 and Ashley explains the meaning.
“Our wedding day on September 8, 2022 will be reduced to five. Then number five in numerology is about transition and adaptability, and it’s also about fun-loving energy,” she shares. “I thought five was a big number for us to start our marriage because we are both adjusting to married life. Manual fits USA. I am adjusting to sharing my home, and we are both fun-loving energies. I think this is also evident at the wedding.”
Ashley says that they are both happy to finally be married.
“It took a long time, the application was submitted a long time ago, the visa process also took a long time, so we can’t wait to spend our lives together,” she says. “The next chapter is about teaching each other and learning more about each other. We have spent so many years apart and now we are together, so in this next chapter we will be able to understand what married life looks like and what each of us expects from a partner.”
