The romance film has no release date yet.

Florence Pugh says Fans should be more than excited when it comes to her new romance film, we live in time, starring Andrew Garfield.

Speaking to ET’s Rachel Smith at the premiere of Dune: part 2 in New York on Sunday, the 28-year-old actress gave an update on the highly anticipated film, directed by Brooklyn and Stieglitz director John Crowley.

“Oh my God, I can’t wait to see this movie,” Pugh told ET. “This one, we just had the best time to do it – we did a real story about real people and I got to work with the most awesome actor who makes me so honored to be in his presence and shout lines to him.”

The news that 40-year-old Garfield and Pugh would star in a Movie together was first announced on the March 2023 deadline, just a week after awarding the best original screenplay award at the Oscars, and social media immediately requested a Movie with the couple.

On Sunday, the Little Women Star kept the details a secret, but said she loves making the Movie and couldn’t be more excited for Fans to see it when it finally comes out.

“I’m still in love with the process of making the film, so I hope people will enjoy seeing it – but it will be here soon,” she adds, noting that she doesn’t know exactly when it will be released or when a trailer might drop. “I don’t know, let’s ask John [Crowley].”

A film that she now knows a little more about: dune: Part 2. the actress, who plays Princess Irulan in the second episode of Denis Villeneuve, called it a “great honor” to have such incredible roles and films.

“I mean, it’s a great honor to be part of such awesome productions and to be part of such an awesome crew and cast – it’s really one of those weird moments in my life where I know I’ll never be juggling so proudly,” she says. “So, yes, I am happy to be here.”

In another world, she might not have been able to go to the premiere in New York with her colleagues – including Timothée Chalamet, Zendaya, Austin Butler and Rebecca Ferguson-because she had to miss the SAG Awards 2024 due to work on Marvel’s Love at First Sight.

At Saturday’s awards ceremony, Pugh and other members of Oppenheimer’s cast won for Best Ensemble in a motion picture drama.

“I’m so – I mean-honored to have been able to do the most strange press tour for both films at the same time and I’ve just started my next Film,” she says, referring to the Marvel project, which also stars Julia Louis-Dreyfus, David Harbour, Wyatt Russell, Hannah John-Kamen, Olga Kurylenko and Sebastian Stan.

“But I managed to squeeze this one in here, so I’m very grateful that I managed to juggle them all at the same time,” Pugh adds.

Pugh couldn’t help but also gush over Chalamet – who previously played his love interest in Greta Gerwig’s Little Women – and described it as a pleasure to get to know him and star alongside him again.

“I had the luxury of meeting this man – whom I knew when I was a boy – and every time I needed him and walked with him, I fell in love with him more and more, and I can watch my boyfriend become not only the most awesome actor, but also play the main role in the series”

“I think we all have the utmost respect for each other and we admire each other and it was just a total love fest on this press tour, like a lot of love festivals,” Pugh adds.
